At Mia AI, we believe that the future belongs to those who are equipped with the right skills to thrive in an AI-driven world. Our mission is to empower individuals—especially women—with the knowledge and tools they need to harness artificial intelligence and unlock new opportunities. We’re proud that our vision aligns strongly with the theme of the 2025 World Economic Forum in Davos: Collaboration for the Intelligent Age.

The Research: AI is Here, but Are We Ready?

The World Economic Forum highlighted groundbreaking research by TCS, revealing that while 94% of businesses globally have attempted to adopt Generative AI or other AI tools, only 12% of use cases have delivered tangible productivity outcomes. The challenge isn’t AI itself—it’s the way we integrate it into our workforce and society.

With nearly half of business leaders believing AI’s impact will rival or surpass that of the internet, the urgency for upskilling and reskilling has never been greater. Within just three years, most employees worldwide are expected to use Generative AI in their daily work. This shift demands a human-centered, multilayered approach to AI adoption—one that focuses on education, collaboration, and empowerment.

Mia AI in Action: Driving AI Education and Inclusion at Davos

Mia AI played an active role in shaping these discussions at Davos. Our CEO and Co-founder, Janna Salokangas, joined a fireside chat with Cherie Blair CBE KC, renowned advocate for women’s economic empowerment, to discuss Women’s Economic Empowerment in the Age of AI. The conversation explored how AI can unlock opportunities for women, particularly in underserved communities, and the importance of equipping them with the skills to lead in this new digital economy.

Cherie Blair shared her excitement for the discussion, reinforcing the significance of this topic on a global scale. Janna highlighted Mia AI’s commitment to fostering a future-ready workforce: “At Mia AI, we are elevating human potential by providing the skills of the future, ensuring women can harness AI to drive their careers forward.”
